How does it work

1. Pre-assessment form: 

Before meeting with us for your appointment, please complete the comprehensive questionnaire we will send via email. This document allows our team to craft targeted questions that help identify underlying issues and maximise efficiency during our time together.

2. On the day of your appointment: 

During 60 minutes, We will take a comprehensive look at every aspect of your physical health. I'll ask you questions and listen to everything you want to share. This gives us a complete picture of what might be holding you back from feeling your best.

3. The introduction of your plan: 

Within a week, you'll receive tailored feedback, including our hypothesis, handouts, and a detailed nutrition plan with supplements, herbs, and medicinal mushrooms that have been selected for you specifically. During this 30 minutes session, we will equip you with all the knowledge needed to start your journey.

4. The 20 minutes mentoring sessions:

Over the upcoming 6 weeks, take advantage of having an individual mentor by your side providing guidance along every step of the way - increasing not only success but compliance.

 

 

5. We review your progress:

After 7 weeks, we meet again and the first 30 minutes is yours to voice any queries or fresh dilemmas that have arisen – we'll assess the situation positively and adjust your personal plan accordingly so that you continue moving forwards!

6. We go through the updated plan: 

We will take a few moments to update your program and explain the new changes. Within 15 minutes we’ll review my findings together so you understand why certain adjustments were made.
